Dummies

An organized gang offers an illegal electrical treatment to wipe out the mental faculties of people whose relatives or associates decide, without their consent, to suppress their cognitive capacity for convenience or personal gain. Operating under a logic of disposability and obedience, the organization runs systematically until one of its members breaks protocol. From that breach onward, loyalties begin to fracture and the group's internal structure comes under strain. Dummies examines how contemporary power acts through others: its protagonists are not the powerful, but the volunteers who carry out the harm.
