The Happy City (continuity of violence)

45 years of political violence in Mar del Plata: Mar del Plata, mythical summer resort. But behind the facade of the happy summer, a latent history of political violence beats. Both military and democratic governments went by and we can count 45 years of assassinations, tortures, disappearances, attacks, political violence. Can we find a continuity in all these incidents? This is documentary that mixtures historical dissemination, human and urban portraits, and a political thesis.
